I’m sorry to disappoint, but in my very first email I said…and I quote “If this can’t be fixed, please issue me a refund (it’s within 30 days). Thank you.”

I’m not trying to “tarnish” your image. I’m only doing what I said I would do. I told you that if you would simply issue the refund and we could end this transaction well, that I would still leave you a positive review. But you continued to push…so I pushed back. And when your requests got a little crazy (like asking for admin access to my website), or telling me that it must be a server issue because the server must have had something against your plugin (when I told you everything else was running great except the plugins area), I told you that I was going to put all of this in my review. You told me “You can do whatever you want to do.”

So, if you want to end this well, and honor the 30 day refund, since we weren’t able to get things fixed (giving you admin privilege is not a viable or even appropriate solution…sorry), then I’ll retract everything, and keep my word. The ball is in your court man.
