I changed it to the Plain permlinks and doesn’t make a difference. It’s on a local VM so there’s no way you can see it, unfortunately. I was going to share some screenshots but it doesn’t look like there’s an easy way to do that in these forums.

I did what’s listed below and it still doesn’t work:
I don’t have an option to set the page template.
Slug is correct, assuming that the slug on the page has to match the slug in the plugin settings. They are both knowledgebase
I re-saved the permalink strcuture, which is set to Custom Structure http://IP/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
Where exactly does [kbe_knowledgebase] pull from?
