Thanks,

After clicking on export, this action goes into ‘Pending’ status and remains there for a long time. After manually clicking ‘Run’, sometimes the email is sent and sometimes it’s not.

Hi Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with coupon imports and email notifications on our site (https://d-steimatzky.co.il).
The import process for coupons is not functioning correctly — emails are not being sent at all, even though WooCommerce shows the order status as “Complete.”

There are no error messages in error_log or WP Mail Logging, and no failed actions in Action Scheduler.
I have attached the full System Report below for your reference.

Could you please help us identify the cause of the issue and suggest a solution?
