In reply to: [WooCommerce] Old Reports not workingOne more thing: I just found the third shop does not show the old reports.
All three sites are on the same server.
But can this even have an effect on the WC behaviour?
I tried changing the PHP version but that didn’t help either.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Old Reports not workingI tried every checkmarks and the result does not change.
Now none of the checkmarks are checked. Which means all the orders should be visible, right?
That was the first thing I tried.
Like I said, the import historical data did not yield any results.
But let’s not try to fix the new Analytics. I’d be more than happy with the old one!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Old Reports not workingHi,
Importing didn’t help.
Yes, sites are pretty much the same. Same theme provider 90% of the plugins are the same. I have also disabled plugins to check for possible intereference. Did not help.
Images attached. Orders and Buyers in Analytic section.

https://ibb.co/q3BqBJKpNo errors are found.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Old Reports not workingWell, orders on hold are not showing (yellow label).
What should I record? It’s pretty straightforward. Other sites are showing data and these two are not.
Nothing special to see.
Printscreen isn’t sufficient?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Old Reports not workingThanks for your reply.
But I have the same plugin version on all sites, how come here’s not working?
Seems like I don’t have the sync option?
Cache was cleared. No luck.
Order attribution is enabled.PS: New analytics does not show orders which are still “open” or unresolved (waiting for payments). So if you don’t manually set them to “finished” the analytics does not show them. This isn’t quite user friendly.
Sure, please share me an email and we can discuss there … These logins are time consuming. :/
Nope, there were different products!
Looks like everything is based on a Cart sum so once the price is reached all the discount were applied.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] PHP 8.0 incompatibilityOkay, I activated the twentyseventeen theme, disabled all the plugins and set the PHP to 8,3 and 8.4.
The same error occured. Once I switched back to 7,4 everything started to work again.
So it’s not theme or plugin related.
I can’t leave the PHP to 8+ because there are other sites that need to work.
It might be doable If we can arrange a fixed time for your test?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] PHP 8.0 incompatibilityYes, I have downgraded from 8 to 7.4.
Is there any other way we can check this? I have multiple sites on the same server so changing the PHP version might affect others as I can’t set up the version for each site individually.
Am I the only one with these issues? I have spent quite a lot of time researching and found out a lot of users have been dealing with the same issues since October last year!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] PHP 8.0 incompatibilityHi, thank you for your reply.
I was using PHP 8.0 as mentioned before.
Payment method: bank transfer and paypal. I disabled the paypal as I suspected this might cause this but no change.
Page url: http://www.mojaprvahisa.si/trgovinaI can make a printscreen later today if it’s really needed. But when I googled it many people are facing the same issue.
PS: can you hide the URL after you inspect it?Hi,
Thank you for reaching back.
Unfortunately this is not the case. I tried to disable “email processing” and there are still 850 emails sent to my adsress (and the field with address is empty!).
Just to make myself clear: I don’t need any emails to be sent or any other processess that would consume valuable CPU resources on the server. Can your plugin do that? Just the quiz and nothing else?
PS: I have also activated the logs section in case you’d want to see them.https://ibb.co/xqxpspdP

Hi
Any news here? 😉
Cheers, R
Hey!
I connected my site with the CookieYes app and nicely adjusted everything.
However, there are still few things I’d like to know.
1. why the header.php needs to be modified?
2. no matter what I select on the consent pop-up (reject or accept) the page does not reload which obviously means the analytics is measured without user’s consent.
I did leave the gtag code in the page header as suggested in your documentation.
Kind thank you for your help,Rico

In reply to: [Product Category] Images missingHi,
Well, we gave up and bought other plugin.
I checked the site with two browsers (Chrome and FF).
No other category plugins were installed.
No editor whatsover, just plain text.
The site uses Elementor but it wasn’t used on this particular site.
Kind thank you for your time!Forum: Plugins
