Leider lag es doch nicht am Caching Plugin. Ich habe Testweise alle Plugins deaktiviert und das Problem trat trotzdem auf. Ich habe es jetzt so gelöst, dass ich die mehrstufige Kasse deaktiviert habe…
Ich konnte das Problem weiter einschränken. Wenn ich cookies und cache leere funktioniert es. Lag evtl. an einem Caching Plugin, welches ich gestern geupdated habe. Mal sehen ob es in Zukunft noch auftritt. Danke für deine Hilfe.

ich habe es mal mit einem anderen Theme probiert. Damit hat es funktioniert. Scheint wohl echt am Theme zu liegen.Ich habe testweise mal alle Plugins deaktiviert bis auf Woocommerce und Germanized. Das Problem tritt dennoch auf.
In der Google Chrome Konsole ist mir nur folgender Fehler aufgefallen:
