I have the same issue, but not sure how to fix.
Really disappointed that this has been removed, if there is any way to add it back in it would really help. I was able to ship all orders from the orders page, with very rarely any need to go into the order itself. Removing it is going to have a huge impact on the amount of time that it takes to prepare orders, especially as I cannot see what the variations are, even when I go into the order itself.
