  • I signed up for WordPress Premium, mistakenly thinking I needed to. The site was clear that I could cancel within three days with no problems. I canceled the next day, got an automated message that the cancellation was all set. But a week later I still see the charge, but not a credit, on my credit card. With whom do I speak about this?
