In reply to: [WooCommerce] There was an error processing your orderThank you for checking in with us on this.
We’ve had the similar reports also here in this thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/there-was-an-error-processing-your-order-please-check-for-any-charges-2/?view=all
OP mentioned they looked into email template for this issue. — Have you been able to recreate this issue? Could you try to order the exact item other customers to try to order, etc to see if you able to to replicate this issue? (Make sure you are using incognito mode browser and you are not logged in.)
If not, please tell customers to check incognito mode browser to see if that helps. Do let us know how things go.
Hi there,
Thank you for following up with us here.
I would like to take a moment and clarify that “Confirmed” state is not default WooCommerce plugin order status. Please refer to this documentation article for how the default WooCommerce plugin behaves.
This means that this “Confirmed” order state must come from this booking plugin you are using (or other plugin or customization).
If this booking system is a plugin integration, please make sure to reach out to the developer of this plugin directly. They would be in the best position to assist you.
If you are customizing and implementing this booking system yourself, please consult with professional or seek developer talent who can further assist you in implementing this.
Please note we would not be able to assist with customization effort of WooCommerce plugin. For this, we highly recommend checking in with our Woo communities:
- Slack community — https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/
- Facebook Group — https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce/
- Codeable — https://www.codeable.io/partners/woocommerce/?ref=qGefA6
We also offer developer resources. Please refer to them for any developing related questions:
- WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal (https://developer.woocommerce.com/)
Secondly, I want to add an option on the registration form for users to select whether they want to sign up as a customer or a driver. If they sign up as a driver, they should be able to log in and see a driver application form, which is a custom endpoint I created. How can I achieve this?
For something like this, you would need customization or a plugin that can handle registration process. Here is the example extension we offer on Woo marketplace: User Registration for WooCommerce , Custom Registration Forms Builder etc.

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] 0 Sessions with product viewsHi there @onisforos ,
Thank you for providing the system status report!
As I took a look into your site using Google Tag Assistant browser extension, I see a possible issue with mismatch ID that could be the cause of this issue. Please see the screenshot here: https://d.pr/i/VP4DtS
On your WP Admin dashboard, navigate to
Marketing > Google Listings and Ads > Product Feed, there could you check if you see anything shown in the Issues to Resolve section? If you see any issues present there, please follow the suggested methods there to resolve the issues. (Screenshot of Issues to Resolve area: https://d.pr/i/VP4DtS)
I hope this helps!
