Oh no, not what I wanted to hear. But thanks for the advice anyhow. I did check and some of the theme’s functions do have that wrapper, but not all.
As you’ve suggested, I’ll go back to Gorilla Themes and wait for their answer, since they suggested I could do it via a child theme.

Thanks I got it now. Well, as much as I love the plugin, it’s not playing nice with other plugin I’m trying to use. But that’s off this topic, so let’s consider this issue resolved.

So if I understood correctly, the signature placeholder isn’t used for system notifications but rather for manual emails sent by a specific user from the “Send emails” pane. Did I get it right?
