I found the problem! There was an Automation option that was active :

Automation : Associate contacts with their companies based on their email address and the company’s domain.

Everything is fine now : )

Hello,

I deactivated the HubSpot integration and reactivated it, then remapped my fields and submitted a new form from the website. However, it’s still not working as expected. The contact name is defaulting to the test email address, and the first and last name fields are coming through empty. You can view the issue here: link.

Hi,

I have already done all that and all the fields are working except the name fields (First name and last name). It creates in Hubspot a new contact with the email address has the contact name. The others fields are ok.
