In reply to: User Profile Error with Register Plus ReduxHi radiok, I went to the memory fix and used the define code for max = 64M. This did the trick. I have upgraded to 3.9.10 and can use my admin login and my registered user can see profile now. The weird glitch with not being able to go to admin dashboard home is not happening at this point. One big difference is that I have not updated the Groups plugin yet. Previously I had updated that plugin before Redux since it is first in the list of plugins. I am now going to try and update the Groups plugin and see if everything stays fixed. If it creates any of the errors and problems after I update Groups, I will have to reach out to the author of that plugin and see what we can figure out. I will let you know as soon as I know. This does not affect the admin profile, just registered users.

This is when I log on as a registered user and try to view the profile. I can go to my profile as admin. I will try to experiment and see if other users have the same error when trying to go to profile. At least the admin login is working now. I don’t know if this fatal error is specifically related to Redux, though it wasn’t happening prior to the update.

I don’t know if this is relevant. I am able to see the user profile with the earlier version (3.9.8) of Redux.

In reply to: [Register Plus Redux] Can't log inI am having the same experience as mayq0422, I have restored my site to earlier version and will not update this plugin at this point. Hopefully the issue will be resolved in the next update. Could it be a conflict with another plugin? I have several plugins that manage the admin side of things. Could redux be writing a line somewhere that is breaking the code for the admin login? Another strange glitch that I noticed was when I went to a registered user login, I could enter the site and could not go to the user profile. There was an error message. I would need to go back and update the plugin to replicate the error at this point. If anyone else has noticed this, please comment. I will take the time to replicate if someone thinks it would be helpful.
