Mocht je graag hulp willen bij het correct instellen van jouw WooCommerce bèta plugin, neem dan gerust contact op met onze IT-Support afdeling via support@myparcel.nl.
Zoals eerder vermeld, zijn we erg druk bezig om de bèta plugin zo stabiel mogelijk te maken voordat we deze uitrollen naar iedereen.

Unfortunately, version 3.2.1 of our plugin does not support PHP 8. However, PHP 8 is supported in the latest version of our plugin (4.22.1). We advise you to update our plugin accordingly.

We willen jullie graag op de hoogte brengen dat we momenteel geen ondersteuning bieden voor HPOS met versie 4.22.1 van onze plugin. We hebben echter een nieuwe bètaversie beschikbaar gesteld die HPOS wel ondersteunt. Deze nieuwe versie is te vinden op onze GitHub-pagina.
https://github.com/myparcelnl/woocommerce/releasesWe zijn erg druk bezig om deze bètaversie zo stabiel mogelijk te maken voordat deze live gaat. Momenteel zijn meerdere ontwikkelaars bezig om de laatste hand te leggen aan de laatste onderdelen.
Als je ervoor kiest om de bètaversie niet te gebruiken, raden we aan om HPOS tijdelijk uit te schakelen totdat een stabiele versie beschikbaar is die compatibel is met jouw WooCommerce.

It sounds like you’re encountering the issue with HPOS being enabled in your WooCommerce settings. Unfortunately, our current live version is not compatible with HPOS. You can find the HPOS settings by navigating to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> Features. Here, you can disable HPOS.
However, I’d like to point out that we do have a beta version that is compatible with HPOS, which you can find on our GitHub.

De nieuwe versie verwachten we in Februari/Maart te releasen. Voor een oplossing voor het HPOS probleem in combinatie met versie 4.21, kan er contact op worden genomen met support@myparcel.nl

We unfortunately do not support the DE language in our checkout fields. If I read your message thoroughly, I think the best way to solve the problem is to turn the MyParcel address fields off entirely.

From what I can read from the error logs that you shared with us, the issue could be that the package_type is empty within our plugin. If you head over to our plugin and select Default Export settings. On this page, you can enter a shipping method that will connect with a package_type, such as package or mailbox.
If this doesn’t solve your issue, I would like to advise you to send an e-mail to support@myparcel.nl

The variable issue that you are facing will be fixed in our new version, we will be mailing all our customers next Monday 16-10-23, 11:00 CEST with our new release.
Regarding the issue with the imported products (WP All Import), I am not sure if this is a compatibility issue or an issue on our end. If you would like for us to take a look, be sure to reach us at support@myparcel.nl

We zijn momenteel bezig met de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe versie van onze plugin. Volgende week sturen we een mailing om je hierover te informeren. Deze nieuwe versie zal volledig compatibel zijn met HPOS.
