My webhost is WordPress, which I can’t log in to because of the error. This is why I don’t understand. Is there a completely different site I should be going to?
I didn’t know I would need to know all of this lingo to do something so basic as installing a theme. Yes, I am a novice. This is my first website.I have been on forums for days.
This is what they told me:
You can remove the child theme using FTP or your webhost control panel under File Manager.
Then install GENESIS as well as Fabric.
I don’t know what FTP is, and I don’t know what a webhost control panel is………..
