Hey, I had this exact same issue. Go back to version 3.1.3 if you’re using Woocommerce before v3 still: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe.3.1.3.zip
I haven’t yet updated my woocommerce to 3, and this plugin updated automatically. Not sure if that was your issue, but it was mine. I’ll update the plugin manually when I update Woocommerce to v3.
If you do have Woocommerce v3, and it’s still doing this with the latest version of Stripe plugin, not sure!
