Known problem, there was a thread going but it got closed with no real explanation or resolution. You can see here, many people have that problem
I am running WooCommerce POS Free, and had to get “Smart Reporter for e-Commerce” But the problem was there beforehand and Smart Reporter does show the correct amounts. My list of plugins below:

Theme is vantage premium
I did some testing and found out by making the order an “online-order” then back to “POS” it counts the data. A sloppy way I was thinking of fixing it was making it so it went “online-order” then to “POS” so it counted as data but still was in the correct category.
