How many emails have you sent using this method? Sometimes excess emails from same sender get the address flagged as spam.
Is there any way that you can switch to your own domain for emails?

Are you currently using the latest version of wordPress and Jigoshop? Also, check to make sure that you are using at least PHP 5.3.
