Please be sure that your Attribute Type is set to ‘Multiselect’ in order to get the ‘Is for variation’ box to appear in the product setup.
To check to see if an existing set of attributes is set to multiselect be sure to navigate to Products > Attributes and hover over the label of the desired attribute and click the ‘Edit’ button underneath. It’s important to click the ‘Edit’ button because clicking the label name does something different.

Unfortunately, there is no way to show payment gateways based upon the product. If this is feature that you would like to have integrated then we could do some custom development if you would like. You can request a quote at support@jigoshop.com if you’d like.

You will then be able to apply modifications in this folder located in your theme directory.
