I strongly recommend making sure PHP is at least 5.3 and updating to version 1.12.2.
Also, have you made recent changes?

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Tax rate changes with ordersIs there any way that you can backup the database and update to the latest Jigoshop release (version 1.12.1)? If you do not see an update notice in the plugin page, you can download the latest version from our home page (www.jigoshop.com and update via FTP.
Important: Please be sure that your site has at least PHP 5.3 installed or the site will go white-screened until Jigoshop is unregistered as an installed plugin.
