In meantime, you could revert to Jigoshop 1.15.1. You can access that version here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jigoshop/developers/
Instructions to update via FTP
1. Download the plugin.
2. Unzip the file.
3. Log in to your server via FTP Client.
4. Navigate to public_html > (site root) > wp-content > plugins > jigoshop
5. Drag the contents of the unzipped folder over the above mentioned jigoshop and drop.
6. You will receive a prompt/dialog box asking what to do. Be sure to click “Overwrite Files”.
7. Once it uploads you are good to go.

- Deactivate Jigoshop + all other plugins, refresh page and reactivate plugins.
- Try temporarily swapping theme and then swap back.
Sometimes doing this resets things to proper state. If not, please email support@jigoshop.com and we can quickly investigate.
