I get a very similar error, but the missing resource is:
/wp-content/plugins/gutenberg/vendor/wp-polyfill-ecmascript.min.2ae96136.js
I’ve actually had this issue (blank page) for some time now. With each Gutenberg update I re-activated the editor hoping to give it a try, only to get the blank page and surrender.
