So you’re correct that some of those albums are showing the proper titles, and some are showing and indeed functionality is working fine. It’s the ones without a title that’s the issue.

Would the potential parsing issue be something to look at within the nextgen custom template?

For instance the top 3 galleries should have titles, for top left gallery the title should read ” kid’s gallery” the one following should read “alan rickman 1946 – 2016” but those titles are not showing up.
