I deactivated the plugins and then activated all of them and now it lists all the forms. Thanks for the help

I was asking about the plugin Mobile View so i could change only the backgroundl, the header and footer color
I mean i only wanto to change the color and background for the theme, nothing too complicate so anyone knows where is the css file?
