As said, I installed WP http://www.hotncoldphotography.com through the application vault offered by domain.com – it seems to work, but I can not find the LOCATION for the program folders.
Just to follow up, some more infos from my domain.com admin panel:

When I log into ftp I can’t find any of the wp-content folders, see my post above. Waiting for domain.com support to reply, but if you have any offers?! Should I re-load manually? Simply like to access my wp-content folders.

Yes, login through ftp://mysite.com works (I use Transmit).
But from there I can’t find the relevant wp-content folders. This is what I see:
