Similar problem. I can’t activate the plugin because of a fatal error with Mustache Autoloader. I use Profile Builder Hobbyist, which also uses Mustache.
I’m having the same exact problem, which is a serious issue. I need to download the CSV of my thousands of errors, but the 404 error module isn’t showing up.
