I updated the plugin, but still no vissible audio player.
Actually, I install on an empty site and can see that the player is becomming vissible after you submit a question.

I have the same issue. No audio player is vissible on the quiz.
On a WP post the player is shown and playing.
WP Version: 5.3.2
PHP : 7.3.11
MySQL : 5.5.5
Webserver : Apache
Current Version : 6.3.6
