We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. In our plugin there is an option to send email with password after importing the users. You can enable/disable this via settings.
Please see the screenshot.
Hope you had disabled this prior to import. If this was disabled and still emails were sent out please share the copy of sample email send out to the customers (after removing any confidential information) so that we can analyze the specific case.

We deeply apologize for the unfortunate incident. We do understand the damage this has caused and the frustration you have undergone due to this issue.
Upon investigation of this issue, we realized that a recent update to our premium plugin has caused the system to send emails with customer notes (only if this feature has been enabled in WooCommerce settings). Ideally, this should have been disabled during the import process. Or as you mentioned we should have displayed an explicit warning message. As you can see all the emails related to order status are already disabled during the import.
Sorry again for the trouble caused. We have fixed the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. That seems like a really strange case. We did some test import in our dev/testing environments with different scenarios and were not able to replicate the issue. All imports were completed successfully.
Could you please share us the CSV via support so that we can check it.

Our Order / Coupon / Subscription Export-Import Plugin for WooCommerce (BASIC) plugin is compatible to export from WC 2.6.14 and import to WC 3.3.1

We too got the same reply from them, but the documentation is referring to email notifications for buyers/customers. Not shop owners. The part regarding Webhooks is to enable failed payment notification for customers and that too is not for shop owners.

We contacted with Stripe support regarding this case. They have responded that the feature is not supported by Stripe. You may refer the screenshot.

By default, the payment details are included in the WooCommerce email sent to buyer upon placing an order. As per our communication with Stripe support, the feature you requested is not supported by Stripe.

Printing a document using the plugin is handled by your browser’s print option. If you have set it print via Google cloud, you can definitely print via it. Print has to be done manually.
