I woke up the computer to try your suggestions and there was no need. Oddly enough, today it works normally, the login page loaded and no pop-ups visible anywhere. Computer hadn’t even been turned off meanwhile, so I doubt it was an issue with my computer either.
Will mark this as solved, perhaps it was a slow response from my server? No idea.
