That is weird. I am almost sure that I did not see that menu in the first place after installing this plugin. Now I can see this plugin menu (the same as in the picture you provided). Maybe it has something to do with disabling the super cache plugin, but I am not sure though.

Anyway, I still have a question about the last modified date in the sitemap. I have set to use the local timezone setting in Settings >> General, but the sitemap is still showing the wrong last modified date. I have regenerated the sitemap, but it still shows the wrong last modified date. What should I do?
