Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: I have multiple sites and they seem to be getting confusedThanks so much. I did what you recommended and went to all sites and they were working fine … for a brief period of time. Now, I am trying to log on to this WP site http://melissawyllie.wordpress.com/, which is a free blog and it is not accepting the password. When I click on the link to reset the password, it is sending an email to me saying that I am trying to reset the password to this site: http://foundfeather.com/twosoupscoldbeans/, which is a paid site. I honestly have no idea what is going on. I do not have any plug ins that change login/user behavior and I am not remembering passwords.
It seems that there are certainly people managing several sites on WP, not sure what I did to mix it all up.

In reply to: site not working since updateI think the foundfeather site is what is messing everything up. I messed something up in the settings area (name) trying to fix the two sites so they are separate. I read a forum post on changing it back, but I can’t get it to work. I wonder if just deleting the found feather content (I was going to redo it anyway) would fix everything. The problem is I now cannot get into its control panel. Sigh.

In reply to: site not working since updateI did deactivate the plugins and switched to twenty eleven. When I did that I noticed that what seems to be happening is the links on the blog Two Soups and Cold Beans is linking to another site I use for work Found Feather. It did not previously do this. They are separate. Any advice on how to disentangle them?
