me too, except wp 2.8.3
I’ve tried a lot of combinations of custom/non-custom, setting up the email on godaddy, having emails appear to come from gmail, forwarding from one to the other, changing various other settings… but nothing.

is the page I was working on. Look at the list of houses, it’s all chaotic and disorganized, despite my efforts. The privacy policy would be well served by the style sheet as well.
My point isn’t that I can’t use CSS at all, but that the “Custom CSS for Register & Login Pages” in this plugin (at the bottom of the plugin settings page) doesn’t work.
