Go to Themes > Customize > Theme Options > Footer Options
There you enter the short code you created in Mailchimp.
I also have Mailchimp for WordPress (MC4WP), which allows you to link the two.
Not sure if this is what you’re looking for. I’m trying to figure out how to center the black box. 🙁
