Hi Dan,
thanks for reacting so quickly. I used the WordPress installation of a friend, on the same server, to run Qwizcards on the latest WP version, and it behaved differently there in the first place; inasmuch as its whole range of functions was available and it did what it was supposed to do. This hadn’t been the case on my site, but as I hadn’t known anything about the plugin, I didn’t really know what to expect when I first tried to use it. Thus, the truth seems to be that my WP version has simply become too old for Qwizcards. I didn’t check the Shortcodes incompability yet but from this perspective, it might have been just a side effect of this. I will update my WP tomorrow and give you a short notice about the result.

thanks for giving it a try. It is true, J-Shortcodes is not that important for me – it had been my first choice, but little by little I replaced it with Shortcodes Ultimate which turned out to be more versatile. There are only one or two occasions left where I’m using it on my website, so I if had to get rid of it, this shouldn’t be a problem.Just in case this might be of concern, I’ll give you my server configuration:

In reply to: [Quiz Tool Lite] Possible Answers can’t be editedYes I do, as the alternative to get back to the previous page would be “cancel” (as one would expect). Now, I wouldn’t consider that a crucial issue but of course, it doesn’t make life much easier 😉
As it grows, a WordPress CMS with all its different components gets more complicated the more sophisticated it gets with time, usabilitywise, but I’m sorry I can’t go through the process of deactivating and reactivating my theme and all my plugins right now to find out which of those might interfere with my quiz plugin. It’s no big deal, your plugin has many useful features so I’ll use it anyway, if you happen to come across a possible reason without this, all the better.Perhaps listing my WordPress and my server configurations may be of help, here they are:

I’m enclosing the questions of my test quiz:

The questions are in German, but both those with and those without diacritical letters are affected.
The problem occurs every time I try to edit one of the entries of the “responses” tab. This relates to all multiple choice questions, no matter if one single or more than one answer are possible. Changes in the categories “Question” and “Feedback” are being saved, whereas of “Possible Answers”, neither the answer itself nor any of the feedback options can be changed once they have been created.

thanks for your reply. I might add that I haven’t used your plugin before updating to 4.6.1, thus I have no comparison to earlier versions of WordPress. I really hope this issue can be resolved.
