In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] Maximum product countHi @tommy83,
We have confirmed that 10,000-15,000 products is the upper end of the limit for listings when using WP-Lister.
Matt (the developer) has made it known to the support team, as well as many customers of his that he doesn’t recommend using his software or Woocommerce for that matter with more than 15-20,000 products.
Kind regards,
Menchie

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] SyncingHi @hippyer,
You will need the importer add on plugin to connect/import active eBay listings into WC/WP-Lister.
If the products on eBay already exist in WooCommerce, with our importer plugin you can enable the “Match Existing SKUs” setting on the advanced options page of the importer plugin. That will have the importer simply connect eBay listings to WooCommerce products if the SKUs match. If an SKU on eBay does not match an SKU in WooCommerce, the eBay listing will be added to WP-Lister and created as a WooCommerce product.
But note, this only works with simple listings. For variable listings you would then have to set the “Import mode” to “Only new items” after importing the first time with the “Match existing SKUs” setting, in order to pull in the variable listings as well. But the variable listings from eBay that would be imported on the second import would be created as new products in WooCommerce. So you then would need to delete the existing variable listings in WooCommerce before importing the variable listings in the second import.
Kind regards,
Menchie

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] 404 errorHi @1khan111,
I would be happy to assist you with this but unfortunately that is a server error and you are going to have to contact your host about this. They will need to examine the server logs and determine what is causing your server to halt during the process.
Also, please see (if you haven’t yet): What are the requirements to run WP-Lister?

WP Lab SupportHi @catalystdesign,
You then may need to refresh your account details by clicking the “Refresh details” link on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister’s settings, then try again.

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for Amazon] Existing listingsHi @pjweb,
If all of your eBay listings are simple listings, you could use the “Match SKU” feature in the eBay importer add on. This will simply connect the eBay listings to your existing Woocommerce listings (if you have listings in WooCommerce already) if the SKUs match, this wouldn’t require deleting your current Woocommerce products, but this only works with simple listings.
Here’s a guide on how to match your WooCommerce product to an existing item on Amazon: Listing existing products on Amazon

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] Out of stockHi @kampg,
You can try to use the Out of Stock Control Option
Or if you want to limit the quantity you list to eBay but keep the same stock in WC, you can use the Custom quantity options in the listing profile.
Regarding this error:
It looks like there’s a problem with this listing.
A mixture of Self Hosted and EPS pictures are not allowed. This error occurs when there is a mixture of image upload types. If some images are hosted by eBay, and then you try to host some of your own images in the listing, eBay will return this kind of error.
You should enable the “Upload to EPS” setting in the listing profile, make sure your listings are unlocked, and then revise the listing and that should fix your issue. Also, you may need to enable the option for variable images (labelled “Var. Images” in the listing profile) as well if your products are using variable images.
Kind regards,
Menchie

WP Lab SupportAfter the products are imported to the Woocommerce site can the user checkout through my payment gateway? – Yes, this is correct.
You could run the importer plugin with the “Match existing SKUs” setting enabled which will match simple eBay listings to simple WooCommerce products.
You cannot connect/match eBay items to existing variations that already exist on WooCommerce. You either delete the WooCommerce variable listings and import them from eBay to WooCommerce. Or end the variable listings on eBay and list the variable listings from WooCommerce to eBay.

Menchie
WP Lab SupportThe Pro version has the Synchronize Sales and Create Orders feature. Here’s the feature comparison between lite and Pro version – Pro vs free
The importer plugin is meant to be a “one-time migration tool” which can be deactivated once it has fulfilled its purpose. It is designed for migrating all items from eBay to WooCommerce once- on an empty site – and let WP-Lister take care of managing and syncing items from that point on. You’re not supposed to run the importer plugin every day or week to add new items from eBay. This is explained in great details here: Can I run the import every day or week to add new items from eBay?
Let us know if you have any other questions.

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] MWS auth detailsHi @inonkp,
Are you trying to connect to Amazon EU or Amazon US?
If you are trying to connect to Amazon EU then all you need to do is select the EU marketplace you wish to connect to on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister and then follow the on screen instructions to connect, just make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin – https://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister-for-amazon/changelog/
For Amazon US, we got more information from Amazon and they have changed how we have to setup US users to connect to Amazon US. We have already signed up for a new account with Amazon and are waiting for our developer account to be approved. If you are trying to connect to Amazon US, please let us know and as soon as we have been approved by Amazon we will let you know.
If you’re a Pro version user and you’d rather receive a refund until we have been approved by Amazon to use this new connection process that would be fine, just please let us know.
You could also try to register yourself as a developer and use those credentials to connect which is the old way it worked with WP-Lister. The only problem with that is there is now an approval process Amazon requires that can take up to 30 days! Which is exactly what we are waiting on. Once we are approved as a developer for US, we can use those credentials for our users so they don’t have to go through this process.

Menchie

Our template is responsive, however, you inserted the template inside the <table> element. Please remove the outer <table> and that will fix it.
