I’ve uninstalled all plugin, but checkout always reload itself.
It is as if to signal an error (so does when something is missing in the form) but does not signal anything.
You can try to make an order, for see page code.

Many thanks. The problem was in the Theme. After I’ve upgraded it with a newer version, links shows full URLs.
