You have right, the problem come from the plugin “ACF Pro”, after disable them the “custom field” appear.
But I don’t understand why “ACF Pro” remove this checkbox, it’s strange .. Any possible solution for this ?

Yes it’s exactly my problem, when I click on “screen option” I don’t see “Custom fields” in the checkbox :
