hello!
I was having the same issue whilst working on a client’s e-commerce site. My conflict was with the WP Tiles plugin.
It might help someone. I would agree with the others to back-up, deactivate all plugins and reactivate them one by one until the culprit is caught! Good luck!

In reply to: [WP Tiles] Posts Per Page is not workingIt’s working. It’s my mistake. I added a few lines of code in functions.php to limit number of posts on category page and for some reason, it was restricting on all pages. Now that I’ve removed it, WP Tiles is working. Thank god!

how to update to cv 1.8.6?
I’m having the same issue. I’ve been using this plugin on various sites and now I’m trying it out on a new site and I created a new grid arrangement. It’s not coming up as the layout I created. I used the solution above (breakpoint=0) and hallelujah, it worked!
