I am seeing the same behavior in MU. Particular HTML tags are being wiped out when I save the page. I can store a textarea on the page, but not a text object or any sort of button. The HTML object shows up OK in the Visual Editor, but gets lost when I update the page. This worked just fine in the local version where I first built the site. Is this a known bug or just an undocumented feature? I don’t seem to find any solution listed in the forums, just reports of the problem. Anybody got a solution?
