Thanks Vlad. It seems there that I need to verify the purchase of the theme to access support, which was done by someone else and a long time ago. So I’m a bit screwed!

I think that it is the Goodlayers Page Builder, that came with the Versatile theme.
part of my problem is that I did not set this site up so I don’t really know how it all works together. It is possibly an older version as it does not look like the interface on the Goodlayers website.
