I don’t see any error message, it just seems that when trying to list the number of authors it crashes the bank and the rest of the site because it waits for a timeout (and that’s pure guessing) because no message appears, it just crashes the entire site and I have to wait about 10 minutes to be able to move even in the admin area.

It’s very weird. When I access, I have trouble seeing the authors’ pages both in the panel and through the pages directly. Some people get it normally. Inclusive through google search.
