Hi again.
I have kind of solved this. I changed the field type to a Single Line Text and then Masked the Input to 99999-999999.
This gives the output that I want.

Sorry about posting in a resolved issue. It was actually my very first WordPress support request and as I pressed Submit, I knew I should have done it differently.
Nevertheless, thank-you for responding.
Bizarrely, everything is working as it should do now, despite it not working for several days, since I set it up.

Sorry to reopen this. I have followed the solution given above, but the Redirect resolutely will not direct to my chosen URL.
I have tried “http://www. .org.uk” , simply just “www. .org.uk” and “http://www. .org.uk/home”
I have checked the Ajax Submissions is On.
Must I set a Condition as well?
