Thanks for your feedback,
I’m currently 90% way through doing an update with huge improvements and bug fixes, i believe this will be fixed.
The emails are sent to the email address you provide, they just contain the data from the form (this is also saved in wp). I will provide more support for emails so that you can send out thank you messages in the future version. This currently is not a feature, the email you provide is meant for admins only.

I have tested on fresh install and was able to create and update perfectly. So currently i cant reproduce the error.
