At the moment Aviberry WordPress Video Conversion Plugin doesn’t create any thumbnail image.
But if this feature is demanded by a large number of users it can be added.

Please send us (support@aviberry.com) your e-mail registered in your Aviberry account, we shall check your registration details.
Also check if WordPress server you use produces the correct access to http://www.aviberry.com and try to use API key, API pass instead your Aviberry account login, password respectively.
