Yes, I am using Premium. But I am not asking for Support, and as you know, at this moment in time I do not have a Support contract. I believe I am reporting a bug. I hope by reporting this bug, I am giving you an opportunity to improve your product. This isn’t a deal breaker for me – I stumbled on this issue while filling a gap in my own knowledge of ARMember. Up till now I have been very pleased by ARMember and its capabilities.
Looks like a wild goose chase. Sorry about that. It’s fine on another laptop and also on a tablet. I think I have to blame the issue on the original (old) laptop I used. It’s happening on my live site and local install … I’m sure it’s got to be at my end. I tried the old reboot trick etc. to no avail … ho hum … I’ll keep digging.
