It was actually Discovered Not Currently Indexed. So it’s not an issue at all. Sorry for this. I have marked this as resolved.

I have 3.4.1 and I cannot remove the “Start creating your product feeds…” notification. You can X it out but it returns when your Dashboard refreshes

I got it now. I changed start day of the week to 0 which corresponds to Sunday
