update the PHP version from native 5.4 to 5.5. It will solve your problem.

remember to uncheck APC and don’t install more than 3 wordpress when godaddy 1GB shared hosting ram.

You can downgrade your wordpress-seo plugin. I used WordPress v3.5.1 and wordpess-seo v1.4.7 . When i update this plugin, i got the same problem u got.

If you are using WP v3.5.1, then i’ll strongly recommend you to use WordPress-SEO v1.4.7 with it.

Download your optional version from WordPress.

And it is wise to keep backup your whole wordpress site and databases.
