thank you for the information. I am not sure if your plugin does what I am looking for. I need the retail products to be hidden completely from wholesale user role BUT to show for normal guests (visitors without registration) and show for customer user role.

In reply to: all update notifications are missingI just checked the file permissions, they seem to be right. I am still not getting the option to add a new theme or to add a new plugin in my wordpress dashboard at all. I ll give the manual update option a try …

Maybe wrong file and folder permissions are the cause of this error? Is that possible? Very much appreciate your help Tara! THX!!

In reply to: all update notifications are missingTHX! switching to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen theme WITH ALL PLUGINS DEACTIVATED did NOT WORK either. I haven’t found anything that blocks the update notices (not 100% sure what to look for)
I realized that I also not able to add a new plugin or search for new plugins online. Those options are completely missing as well. It’s weird as everything works – instead of the wordpress updating system…
