In reply to: Instillation QuestionOk, I’ve installed it in a subfolder, now, however I want to convert this website into a wordpress site. I do not want to have the site domain require a subfolder for viewers when finding the site. Can the site be moved out of the subfolder eventually?

In reply to: Instillation QuestionDo I need to download WordPress on my Mac? Or is this just files you upload to the FTP panel?
Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: Instillation QuestionYes, they are all on Dreamhost. I hired a developer to create a WordPress Site for me, and I gave him access to my FTP Panel etc. He created the WordPress site, then vanished. Luckily he put my email address as the WordPress Admin, and I was able to access the WordPress Site’s Admin Panel to make changes to that site, but I am learning WordPress and trying to help some clients convert their HTML Pages that I did from scratch, into WordPress sites, but I’m confused as to how to add the WordPress files to each domain. Somehow I am missing this.
