I did find the solution for my problem.
Turns out it was not part of Contact Form 7 at all.
I realized that my other websites did not have the same “Please fulfil the form below.”header in the contact form, but all of them used contact-7. Apparently it was part of the template.

I have a similar problem.
I just want to change the text “Please fulfil the form below” on my contact form..but can’t seem to find where to edit this.
Any help would be great!
