So, last questions:
1. There is some way of desactivate that? always appearing in catalan even if someone browsed before in spanish?
2. About the saving problem; there is some way of editing that relation between ID pages manually?

Yes they’re different! (I don’t know if that is important).
If you want your Spanish home url to be yoursite/es/, just check theck the option “Redirect the language page to the homepage” in Polylang settings. If you prefer yoursite/inicio, leave it unchecked.
No I don’t want that. I am going to explain this better, if you don’t mind.
I have a problem with plugins, as I can’t save changes in PAGE editor (but config. panels work well).
The thing is I can’t associate, for example INICI (my home in catalan) to INICIO (my home in spanish) as translations of each other, because don’t save the ID number.
So… what happened? “www(dot)ginecologiamanresa(dot)com” appeared in catalan properly, but when I switch to Spanish “www(dot)ginecologiamanresa(dot)com/es” appears 404.
Then I tryed redirecting www(dot)ginecologiamanresa(dot)com/es to /inicio. then 404 disappeared, and /es shows /inicio. But now everytime I go to www(dot)ginecologiamanresa(dot)com, don’t show CATALAN menu, show SPANISH.
I don’t know if I explained well.
