thank you so much for replying..Doesn’t seem like a theme related issue..I am thinking at least the content of the header and footer should be visible if the styles are gone. But the header and footer are not visible. I tried switching to twenty twenty one. still no luckForum: Fixing WordPress

we meet again. Thank you so much for the help. I did the changes. The changes were reflected for my laptop, however for others it’s still taking the images used in the slider from the third party website. Does it take time for the change to happen for everyone?

Hello. My apologies for late reply.
In my case I did not have access to the php files. I do not clearly remember. But on our site we had a few plugins that had options to set the title and they were clashing. I changed the site title in all those plugins and it worked.

Thank you so much for taking the time and understanding the issue. It makes me so happy that people take time to help others. Yes we are stuck, can’t take backup and cannot deactivate Jetpack without backup. So we decided to let this be for now. I can’t express just how much grateful I am for people here trying to help. Thank you. The in charge doesn’t want to deactivate jetpack without backup and if backup, then restoring is a time consuming task for the people handling the hosting dashboard. Staging site is not an option for me since I don’t have access to all the necessary accounts and permissions. What do you suggest I do? I tried to tell people in the team who are getting the issue to use healthcheck plugin and figure out the plugin causing the issue since I could not reproduce the issue on my laptop.
Also by reactivating you simply mean to click the activate button after having deactivated it. I can use health check to see if disabling jetpack is not causing any issue on the site then I can convince the incharge to deactivate it and then activate it and check if the issue is gone. What do you think?
